Payments and Cancellation Policy
A deposit is due at the time a reservation is made. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All reservations will require a deposit and will clearly specify the amount due as well as monthly payment plans, if applicable.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received in a timely fashion, which will be stated.
Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing via via email: escapewithcandi@gmail.com
This email should include your full name, date of purchase and vacation package purchased.
Changes to an existing reservation, regardless of the reason for the change, will incur a charge per person, plus any additional supplier/vendor fees which will be determined at request of changes. This policy includes name changes, and/or removal/addition of any services.
By submitting a deposit or payment, you formally accept our Terms and Conditions as stated herein. Any violation on your part will constitute a breach and forfeiture of any and all payments
Refund Policy
All payments to us are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is because we have contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This policy enables us to keep our package prices competitive and allows you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
